Highlighters are probably God’s greatest gift to the world, but finding a great highlighter that meets all your expectations can be a challenge. Some are too “wet” looking, some are too powdery, some are not blinding enough, and some don’t blend well. With the current climate of the USA, this is the last thing we need to be concerned about. So, here I am to help brighten up all of your days…You’re welcome.
This is my ALL TIME favorite highlight to ever grace my face. I don’t like glitter particles sitting on my cheeks and I am not a “wet” highlighter kind of girl either. This highlight melts into the skin and just makes you look so effortlessly glowy and it’s natural looking as well…AKA perfection.
For those of you who like a little more pizazz, Champagne Pop by Becca is a great option. The color is gorgeous and looks amazing on all skin tones.
I personally stay away from cream or liquid products other than my foundation. Personally, I have dry skin and I feel like when I use multiple liquid products, my skin looks cakey and patchy. For those of you who do not have this issue, Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops are LEGIT! They have 9 shades to choose from so you can play up any look. The great thing about these drops are that you can use them anywhere. Eyes, shoulders, cheeks, lips, anywhere!
This highlight palette is more along the same lines as the Laura Mercier Baked Highlight. The two bronzer shades are definitely subtle glow products where your light highlight in the center brings a little more light to the face. All three of the shades are stunning so it is all about personal preference.
If you are someone who loves a reflective not-subtle-at-all highlight, here ya go! This highlight is beeeeaaauuutiful!
For more ladies who have a darker complexion, this highlight would look absolutely STUNNING! With it’s bronzey goodness and gold reflects, gaaahhh dying.
Drugstore highlights are the serious definition of The Ultimate Glow Up ( get it? lol). But in all seriousness, they have stepped their game UP! This gorgeous highlight does have a less buttery consistency to other high-end highlighters, but when set with a makeup setting spray, it will melt into the skin. This highlight does have more glitter particles, so keep that in mind.
Nikki Tutorials is queen of the highlight, we all know this, so when she collaborated with Ofra Cosmetics to make not one but THREE highlighters for all skin tones, it was obvious that these highlighters would deliver to highlight Gods and beyond.
Where are my holographic babes at? This highlight is for you! With an INTENSE fuchsia shift, this highlight is definitely a showstopper. Along with an amazing formula and consistency, this highlight is everything.
